EasyGavel provides a board meeting management platform that includes agenda planning, live video meeting execution, structured voting, automated minutes generation, and audit-ready record keeping. Our Services are currently available on an invite-only basis during our early access period.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of our Services, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use our Services.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws

EasyGavel offers transparent, flat-rate pricing. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with reasonable advance notice.
